Misoprostol and Mifepristone Are Now Classified as Controlled Substances in Louisiana

Beginning October 1, 2024, Louisiana’s Act 246 will take effect. This legislation adds mifepristone and misoprostol to the Schedule IV list of controlled dangerous substances
