Jennifer Z. Bondio is the Abortion Access Field Organizer for Lift Louisiana, where she leads door-to-door canvassing operations for reproductive rights. In addition to her role at Lift Louisiana, Jennifer serves as a program director in the affordable housing space where she has led housing initiatives, managed partnerships with government agencies, and launched a home repair program for low-income homeowners.

Jennifer also contributes to her community through board service, including her role on the St. Tammany Parish Community Action Agency Advisory Board and as a member of the Urban League of Louisiana's SEE Change Homeownership Working Group, where she works on initiatives to close the racial homeownership gap.

She holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Orleans.
