WHAT: Advocates for women, children and families will host Louisiana: The State of Women and Families, a forum that brings together community members and leaders to learn about and discuss the issues that matter to women and families in North Louisiana.
It has been several weeks since the devastating flooding in the Baton Rouge area and hundreds of families are still struggling. Many have not been able to return to their homes and are still in need of basic necessities and financial contributions.
